New Delhi, Dec 16 (ANI): As a year went by after a 23-year old physiotherapist was gang raped in a moving bus in Delhi on December 16, Lok Sabha Speaker Meira Kumar said that many laws since then have been passes but implementation of the same remains a big issue. Kumar said that the crime against women has been going on for centuries and the need of the hour is to ensure safety of women in public places as well as their homes and workplaces.
