Chandigarh/ Bhopal, Nov 29 (ANI): Arif Majeed, who was detained by National Investigation Agency (NIA) at Mumbai airport on suspicion of being an Islamic State (IS) militant, was produced in court on Saturday (November 29). Majeed, who belongs to Maharashtra and was one of the four youths who went to Iraq, was detained on Friday (November 28). Reacting to his arrest, Lieutenant General (retired) Srinivas Kumar Sinha said there is a need on the part of intelligence agencies to be more careful. Meanwhile, Lieutenant General (retired) PN Hoon advised the government to set up a research think-tank to follow such incidents of cross-border militancy.
