Lucknow, March 29 (ANI): Congress candidate from Uttar Pradesh's Saharanpur constituency Imran Masood's bail plea has been rejected by a local court and been sent to judicial custody for 14 days. Following the same, Chief Electoral Officer Umesh Sinha on Saturday said that appropriate steps are being taken in the case and investigation is on, and that the decision on his candidature will be taken by Congress. He said that if found guilty, approporiate actions will be taken against Masood.
