Vishakhapatnam, Nov 21 (ANI): The Indian Meteorology Department (IMD) predicts a severe cyclonic storm in the next 24 hours (November 22) with strong winds, heavy rainfall and big tides already lashing along the coastal Andhra Pradesh. Duty officer, Krishna Bhagavan at the cyclone warning centre of the IMD gave the weather forecast. Fishing operations have been completely suspended due to the sea condition that is expected to get rough. A fisherman named Rama Rao explained how the situation has been so far due to the cyclone Helen that is picking up pace.
