In the upcoming episode titled "He Stilled the Rising Tumult," of The CW's miniseries "Containment" Season 1, it seems that after finding out about a big government cover-up, Lex (David Gyasi) will try his best to expose the truth behind it.

According to the synopsis of the episode by Spoiler TV: "With the sweltering heat hitting the triple digits and life outside the cordon returning to normal, Lex moves full steam ahead in an attempt to uncover the truth behind a potential government cover-up.
"Meanwhile, when Katie (Kristen Gutoskie) learns that Thomas' entire family has succumbed to the virus, and Thomas is now missing, she and Jake (Chris Wood) set out to find him. After discovering that one of their captors may have contracted the virus, Xander and Teresa (Hanna Mangan-Lawrence) plan their escape from the grocery mart."
According to Design & Trend, Lex is convinced that the government is hiding the real reason behind the virus outbreak from the public. Hence, he decides to find the truth along with Leo Green (Trevor St John).
The promo of the episode shows Lex telling Green about the cover-up and asking for his assistance to prove that people in power are spreading lies regarding the virus outbreak.
Elsewhere, Xander is concerned when one of the kidnappers is infected by the virus and falls sick. When the leader of the group finds out about it, he shoots the infected person.
Now Xander and Teresa must escape the situation and find a way out. Whether they will be able to escape will be seen in the next episode of "Containment."
