Bhopal/Indore, Nov 23 (ANI): The Congress party made one last attempt to win votes in BJP led Madhya Pradesh ahead of state polls, while taking a jibe on BJP and its Prime Ministerial candidate Narendra Modi. Congress leader Rajeev Shukla, while addressing a news conference in Bhopal on Saturday said that Madhya Pradesh is lesser developed than Bihar, a state which is said to be one of the most underdeveloped regions of the country. Meanwhile, Information and broadcasting, Manish Tewari, cited incidents of hooliganism and mayhem in Madhya Pradesh under the governance of Chief Minsiter, Shivraj Singh Chouhan.
