New Delhi, Oct 10 (ANI): The Congress party on Friday took a dig at INLD chief OP Chautala, a day after the Delhi High Court summoned him over the CBI's plea for allegedly violating the bail terms by participating in election rallies. The Congress said that it is a gross violation and manipulation of the entire judicial system.
