Kaushambi, Dec 25 (ANI): Reacting on Congress leader Janardhan Dwivedi's statement that a section of leaders in Congress were not in support of backing the Aam Aadmi Party, Yogendra Yadav on Wednesday said that his party does not have a tie-up with the Congress and it is Congress' prerogative to decide what they want to do about government formation in Delhi.
