Patna, Jan 28 (ANI): Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar on Tuesday said that Congress is responsible for both 1984 riot & 1989 Bhagalpur riot and BJP for 2002 Gujarat riots. He further said that Congress- RJD alliance is very old & natural and that their ideology also is same.
