Ranchi, Nov 19 (ANI): Congress released its manifesto for the upcoming Assembly Elections in Jharkhand on Wednesday. The five-phased state assembly polls in Jharkhand will begin from November 25 and end on December 20. The results would be announced on December 23. Congress unit of Jharkhand Chairman Subodh Kant Sahay addressed the media persons in Ranchi after releasing the manifesto. Sahay said if Congress is voted to power, loans of farmers will be waived off. Sahay further said medical insurance worth Rs 30,000 will be offered to people at nominal costs. One of the highlights of the Congress manifesto was party's promise to engage in dialogue with Maoists.
