New Delhi, March 27 (ANI): Slamming the Congress election manifesto, BJP leader MJ Akbar on Thursday said that Congress had promised many things to the public like electricity, nuclear power and several other things, but still most parts of the country are in darkness. He also appealed the party to not make fun of the poor for whom they failed to do anything.
