Bhopal, Oct 10 (ANI): As the blackout and chaos in Andhra Pradesh continues, BJP leader Prakash Javadekar said that Congress is playing vote bank politics in the state and that the party will have to be take responsibility of the same. Javadekar said that the ruling party should and have to listen to the opposing voices and should be able to convince them. He further said that the Chief Minister of the state himself have become a rebel now and is against the decision of the central government which will prove harmful for the government.
