New Delhi, March 19 (ANI): The Congress on Wednesday defended itself after a section of the private Henderson Brooks report that critically reviewed India's defence preparedness and strategies during the 1962 war with China was released online by Australian journalist Neville Maxwell. The report discusses how the Army was ordered to challenge the Chinese military to a conflict it could only lose, according to Maxwell. Congress leader Satyavrat Chaturvedi said that India has the 4th strongest army and it has learnt a lot from history.
