New Delhi, Dec 11 (ANI): Shiv Sena leader, Sanjay Raut on Wednesday said that the Congress is a party full of flatterers since the time of Indira Gandhi nevertheless he also said that they respect Mrs. Gandhi as she had the strength to run the Government. He also added that now the party does not have any capable leader and this is the reason why they lost election in all the four states.
