Saharanpur, Mar 29 (ANI): The Uttar Pradesh police on Saturday arrested the leader and candidate of ruling Congress party, Imran Masood, who openly threatened to hack BJP's PM candidate Narendra Modi to pieces. A criminal case was registered against him on March 28 after a video of him threatening Modi went viral on the web. An FIR accused Masood, of violating the election code of conduct. Earlier, BJP spokesperson, Meenakshi Lekhi had vouched that the party will see to it that Masood's candidature is cancelled.
