New Delhi, Nov 11 (ANI): Reacting on Finance Minister P Chidambaram’s remark that BJP's PM candidate Narendra Modi is a "challenger" to the Congress, BJP spokesperson Nirmala Sitharaman said that this acknowledgement by a senior Congress leader shows that the party has already conceded defeat much before the 2014 elections.
