New Delhi, Sep 29 (ANI): After BJP prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi lashed out at Congress and UPA government in his Vikas Rally, Congress leader Rashid Alvi answered him back and said that Modi should listen to Manmohan Singh's speech with more clarity and then give any statement. Further, he said that BJP and RSS is responsible for the corruption in the country, and not Congress.
