New Delhi, Dec 10 (ANI): Reacting to the 4-state assembly poll washout of his party, Senior Congress Leader, Manishankar Aiyar on Tuesday said that Congress might lose the 2014 general polls, however, he hit back at BJP's PM Candidate, Narendra Modi calling him a joker for his alleged lack of knowledge about history and economics.
