Kanpur/ New Delhi/ Bhopal, Dec 16 (ANI): Cold wave conditions and foggy weather disrupted normal life in central and northern India on Tuesday. After New Delhi and Kanpur witnessed light rain showers, the temperature went down, adding to the woes of daily wage labourers and homeless people as they have no alternative to fight the chill. A resident of Kanpur, Kishan, said due to rains the cold has become unbearable. People of New Delhi also had a tough time dealing with the cold as mercury dipped to 10 degrees Celsius. Temperatures in Himachal Pradesh also plummeted as some regions of the state received snowfall. Meanwhile, people in Bhopal also woke up to chilly, foggy morning and faced problems in travelling due to poor visibility.
