Srinagar, Nov 29 (ANI): People in Jammu and Kashmir on Saturday reeled under cold weather conditions. Dense fog hit visibility and cold wave forced people in Srinagar to stay indoors. Reportedly, minimum temperatures in Srinagar remained below zero degrees Celsius. The northern state witnessed worst flooding in September in which hundreds were killed and marooned. The valley is still recuperating from the aftereffects. The famous tourist resort of Gulmarg recorded minus 2 degrees Celsius temperature while Leh was coldest at minus 9.7 degrees Celsius.
