Megastar Chiranjeevi's Khaidi No 150 is one of the most anticipated movies of the year and the makers released the first-look posters of the actor at 2 pm on Saturday, October 29.
"Very Happy and Excited to share dad's look with you all.. Unveiling posters of Megastar Chiranjeevi aka #KhaidiNo150 !!," actor Ram Charan Teja, who is one of the producers of the project, wrote while sharing the first-look posters of Chiranjeevi on his Facebook page.
The VV Vinayak directorial, which marks the comeback of Chiranjeevi to acting after nine years, stars Kajal Agarwal and Shriya Saran in the female lead roles, while Raai Laxmi appears in a special number. The upcoming action thriller is the official Telugu remake of superhit 2014 Tamil movie Kaththi, starring Vijay, Samantha Ruth Prabhu and Neil Nitin Mukesh.

Script writers Paruchuri Venkateswara Rao and Paruchuri Gopala Krishna are said to have made a few changes in the screenplay of Khaidi No 150, in order to suit the megastar's image among the Telugu audience. The original story was written and directed by AR Murugadoss and the movie narrates how a petty thief takes on a powerful establishment. The Vijay-starrer, being one of the biggest blockbusters in Tamil, has already raised the expectations of the audience from its Telugu version as well.

Chiranjeevi's son Ram Charan recently announced about the movie's release, and it has been scheduled to hit screens worldwide as a Sankranthi release on January 13 2017.
