In the upcoming episode titled "Guilty" of NBC's medical drama series "Chicago Med," it seems that more troubles will be heading to Dr. Halstead (Nick Gehlfuss) as he will deal with a pending lawsuit against him.
The synopsis of the episode, as stated by TV.com reads:
"Nurse Lockwood (Marlyne Barrett) gets arrested when she takes a stand. Meanwhile, Dr. Halstead deals with a pending lawsuit against him when a baby's injuries come into question. Elsewhere, Dr. Charles (Oliver Platt) faces personal issues and suspicions rise about a patient who was hit by a car."
As reported by Hidden Remote, in the previous episode titled "Intervention," Dr. Rhodes (Colin Donnell) and Dr. Choi (Brian Tee) had an argument over fulfilling the last wish of a dying patient while the pending lawsuit against Dr. Halstead started to move forward.
Elsewhere, the other doctors worked hard to save a girl child whose parent didn't want her to be vaccinated, while Reese (Rachel DiPillo) found with horror that one of his patients had a flesh-eating disease.
According to the synopsis of the episode, Dr. Halstead was faced with the lawsuit brought by the woman he resuscitated against a DNR. Reese diagnosed a patient with a flesh-eating disease.
Dr. Choi and Dr. Rhodes treated a patient with a failing heart. Dr. Manning (Torrey DeVitto) diagnosed a young girl with an infectious bacterium, but her parents didn't want her vaccinated. Elsewhere, Sharon (S. Epatha Merkerson) celebrated her wedding anniversary.
"Chicago Med" Season 1 Episode 12 titled "Guilty" will air March 29 on NBC.
