Raipur, Nov 09 (ANI): Addressing a rally in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, Prime Minister Manmohan Singh said took a jibe at BJP and its prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi. He said that BJP is responsible for lack of development in the state because they don’t make proper use of funds from the Centre. Taking an indirect dig at Modi, Singh said that ‘some BJP leaders go to extent of using foul language against Congress leaders and CMs for gaining power’. He also said that BJP false geographical and historical facts can only be corrected by the Congress.
