Raipur, Nov 21 (ANI): Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Raman Singh, who is expecting a hat trick by winning the Chhattisgarh assembly polls, said on Thursday that he was overwhelmed to see the turnout of voters during both the polling phases. He said that he is sure that his party will form the government again in the state.
