Good times await soccer fans this weekend as Chelsea FC is all set to take on Newcastle United on Saturday night. Having won in their respective earlier matches, both the teams will be looking forward to consolidate their position in the Premier League table.

The match between Chelsea and Newcastle United will kick start at Stamford Bridge, London at 22:00 IST on Saturday night.

Chelsea FC is on top of the Premier League table, starting the season in style with two consecutive wins. European champions beat Wigan Athletic 2-0 on Sunday and the defeated Reading 4-2 on Wednesday.

The transfer of Digier Drogba hasn't affected Chelsea much. Manager Roberto Di Matteo signed Germany's winger Marko Marin, Belgium's forward Eden Hazard and Brazil's playmaker Oscar Dos Santos to fulfill club owner Russian billionaire Roman Abramovich's dream of making the team an entertaining one. And Hazard has been impressive in the last two matches. Watch out for Fernando Torres too.

Chelsea has also signed Marseille defender Cesar Azpilicueta and Wigan Athletic winger Victor Moses. However, Azpilicueta is unlikely to play tonight though John Terry is injured.

Newcastle United also started the season with a win. The team defeated Tottenham Hotspur 2-1 on August 18. Newcastle will draw inspiration from their win against Chelsea 2-0 in May this year though the latter fairs much better in the meetings of the two teams till date.
