"Socho Honey Singh hi agar paida hua na hota, toh phir music industry ka revolution hi nahi hota," raps Yo Yo Honey Singh in his recently released hit single "Isse Kehte Hai Hip Hop". And, no matter how crude most of his songs' lyrics are, the singer-rapper's career has seen an unprecedented growth in 2014.

The giver of party songs and creator of catchy lyrics, Singh has been on top of his game in the year gone by. From "Char Botal Vodka" to "Aata Majhi Satakli", he has churned some of the greatest chartbusters ever.

"Sunny Sunny"

Composed and written by Singh, songstress Neha Kakkar has also crooned for this peppy number. From comedy-drama film "Yaariyan", the song went on to become a hit only a few days into its release. The video, featuring the lead cast and Singh, has a breezy feel to it along with some infectious energy.

"Char Botal Vodka"

Featuring adult star-turned-actress Sunny Leone, Yo Yo's club number from "Ragini MMS 2" turned out to be a massive hit. The video has on display the great chemistry Singh and Leone share onscreen.

"Party with the Bhootnath"

It was indeed shocking to see megastar Amitabh Bachchan match steps with the rap king and that too gleefully, but the vibe the number brings with it makes good the loss. The video, which has CGI-ied, has an interesting sequence wherein the skeletons of Singh and Big B are seen grooving to the foot-tapping number. It is one of the promotional songs for "Bhootnath Returns".

"Yaar Na Miley"

Starring Salman Khan and Nargis Fakhri, this "Kick" song by Honey Singh was sure his best. The video couldn't have gotten more interesting as it features Fakhri's sensuous moves along with Salman's unmatched style.

"Aata Majhi Satakli"

Ajay Devgn and Kareena Kapoor's "Singham Returns" had a special end credits song, which makes one sit up and dance. It isn't a fast-paced number but definitely something one could match his or her steps to. Honey Singh, who featured in the video, did a fare job of delivering an entertaining performance.

"Alcoholic" from "The Shaukeens" and "Yeh Fugly Fugly Kya Hai" from "Fugly" are some of his other hits.
