Lucknow, Aug 17 (ANI): Home Minister Rajnath Singh on Sunday said that the Central Government is inspecting the flood situation in UP and other states and will bring out relief measures. He also said that the Centre is ready to offer every possible help to the State Governments, as and when needed.
