Hyderabad-based technology firm, Celkon Mobiles, launched the AR Rahman-inspired smartphone series, dubbed 'RahmanIshq AR45', in India on Monday.

Celkon RahmanIshq AR45 sports a 4.5-inch FWVGA display with 480x854p resolution and runs on Android v4.2.2 Jelly Bean OS.
Under the hood, it packs a 1.2GHz dual-core MediaTek processor with 512MB RAM and 4GB inbuilt memory (expandable up to 32GB). Other specifications include a 5.0-megapixel (main) camera, VGA camera on the front and a 2000 mAh battery.
The music-centric smartphone boasting of K Class dual-speakers is expected go on sale this month (October) for ₹7,999.
RahmanIshq AR45 is the second such celebrity branded smartphone to get launched in India, Just a few days ago, another big-name, the Narendra Modi-inspired 'SmartNamo Saffron' handset series - a 5.0-inch model and a 6.5-inch phablet went on sale in the subcontinent.
