On the occasion of the Holi festival, Bollywood actors wish their fans a save and happy Holi.

Here are some wishes from Bollywood stars;

Riteish Deshmukh: "Rang Barseeeeee- aap sabhi ko HOLI ki shubh kaamnayein. Have a colourful n a safe holi."

Akshay Kumar: "I may not be able to put colours on your face on this colourful festival, but I pray to God to add more colours in your life, today & everyday. Happy Holi to you & your family!"

Abhishek Bachchan: "Throwing water balloons on pedestrians. Never liked all that. Try playing a safe holi. HAPPY HOLI EVERYONE!!! HOLI HAI!"

"Holi is by far my most favourite festival!! Have the best memories playing holi. As a child I would not sleep the night before".

Karan Johar: "I was 10 and someone threw a rotten egg at me on holi!!!! That was one of my last happy holi's'...i wish you colour and an egg free holi!!!"

However, actor Amitabh Bachchan, who had underwent two abdominal surgeries last month is not in a position to play colours this time, he is going to celebrate the festival with "sit and watch".

 "So many memories of Holi through the years .. tomorrow I shall sit by and watch .. unable to play yet .. But my wishes for all .." said Amitabh.

"And so many scenes and songs enacted for Holi ... nostalgic . 'Rang Barse' and 'Hori khelain Raghubeera ..', most favored ..!!" he added.

"Before all else, may I wish the brightest Holi to all our followers and my dearest TwFmXt .. colors in life, and at work ever .." he wishes.

Further he said, "They were songs we heard from Father throughout .. folk music from Uttar Pradesh .. folk music never dies .. eternal!!"
