Jammu, Jan 6 (ANI): The BSF on Tuesday paid tribute to Constable Devendra Singh who was martyr in the line of duty in Samba district. BSF DG DK Pathak termed it as an unfortunate incident. He added that India is strongly retaliating and is giving Pakistan a befitting reply every time it violates ceasefire.
