Football fans in India are definitely basking in the glory of Carles Puyol's mere presence in the country, as a part of promotional activities for the FIFA U-17 World Cup, scheduled for October 2017. The 39-year-old Spaniard, one of the greatest defenders of all time, may have come in for a short duration, but he hopes to return in the future.

Puyol, who took up the role of a lion on the field while captaining FC Barcelona and the Spain national football team during his gem of a career, came across as a very fun loving and light-hearted man, during his on-camera appearances in India.
