Cape Town, Dec 06 (ANI): After former South African President Nelson Mandela died ailing from a prolonged lung infection at his Johannesburg home, people in Cape Town expressed their shock and sadness. Mandela, the country's first black president helped and guided South Africa through bloodshed and turmoil to democracy. For Cape Town resident, Julia Rose Suttie who shares a birthday with Mandela, the news was shocking. South Africa's President Jacob Zuma said Mandela would receive a full state funeral, and ordered flags to be flown at half mast.
