Mumbai, March 02 (ANI): Governor General of Canada, David Johnston, said that the Canadian government will initiate a project to encourage start-up entrepreneurships from India, understanding the possibilities of newer ideas. Johnston was speaking at the Indo-Canadian Business Chamber National Convention 2014 in Mumbai. Johnston is accompanied by his wife Sharon Johnston on his visit to India that is aimed at strengthening bilateral and economic ties. Johnston said that Canada is looking forward to encourage young and innovative entrepreneurs from India who want to develop and market their ideas in Canada. He also stressed that stronger entrepreneurial ties between the countries is an imperative. Johnston also shed light on the commonalities of India and Canada.
