New Delhi/ Srinagar, Nov 15 (ANI): Cabinet ministers on Saturday slammed Former Finance Minister P Chidambaram's remark on AFSPA in which he called it an 'obnoxious law'. Minister of State in Ministry of Home Affairs, Kiren Rijiju said that Chidambaram should not take advantage of elections in Jammu and Kashmir and make instigating statements regarding laws. Minister of State in Ministry of External Affairs, Gen (Retd) VK Singh said that AFSPA is a law under Indian Constitution and does not give unlimited power to the Army. Referring to the Machil case, he added that whenever army makes any mistake it is quick to give punishment.
