Shimla, May 02 (ANI): Union Home Minister Sushilkumar Shinde on Friday said that the Cabinet has passed decision to appoint judge for commission on snoopgate. Shinde said that the commission of inquiry was ordered much before the model code of conduct was announced. So the announcement of the name of the judge can still happen. It will not be a violation of the model code of conduct. He also targeted BJP’s PM candidate Narendra Modi by saying that when as CM he was snooping on women, then what will happen to the women of the country if he becomes PM.
