Srinagar, Nov 7 (ANI): The Indian Army on Friday took responsibility for the Budgam incident in which two Kashmiri teenagers were shot dead by army personnel earlier this week. Northern Command GOC Lt Gen DS Hooda, while addressing a press conference, promised a transparent inquiry and said that action will be taken if rules were violated. He further stated that the Defence Ministry has approved ex-gratia of Rs 10 lakh for families of the deceased and Rs 5 lakh for those injured.
