South Dinajpur, Aug 10 (ANI): Indian border guarding force (BSF) and Bangladeshi border guarding force (BGB) celebrated Rakhi at Hilly Indo-Bangladesh border under South Dinajpur district of West-Bengal on Sunday. BSF lady constables tied Rakhi to BGB jawans in the presence of senior officials at the border line. The main motto behind the function is to enhance brotherhood between the two friendly neighborhood countries.
