Phulbari, March 27 (ANI): Border Security Force (BSF) has beefed up security along Indo-Bangladesh border in North Bengal Frontier region in West Bengal in the wake of upcoming Lok Sabha polls. BSF is keeping a strong vigil over the border lines to preclude any sort of untoward incident. Inspector General of Border Security Force (BSF), In-Charge of North Bengal Frontier, SK Sood said that they have heightened the security along Indo-Bangladesh border and are in regular touch with police and security agencies for any information. A total number of 14 battalions of BSF will be keeping a vigil at North Bengal Frontier during the time of elections, added Sood.
