New Delhi, Sept 22 (ANI): Trading at the Bombay Stock Exchange today closed 116.32 points up to stand at 27,206.74. At the National Stock Exchange the Nifty closed 24.85 points up to stand at 8,146.30. GITANJALI and JAIPRAKASH ASSOCIATES LTD. were among the top gainers of Group A with an increase of 5.96% and 5.65% along with TATAMOTORS and ONGC with an increase of 3.80% and 3.32% respectively, while the top losers of Group A include SUZLON and INFRATEL with a decrease of 9.80% and 5.70% along with BHUSHAN STEEL LTD. and NATIONALUM with a decrease of 4.97% and 4.41% at the close of the markets. The Auto sector is up 176.10 points at 18,269.83 while the banking sector is up 52.99 points at 18,532.20 and the reality sector is down 14.24 points at 1,759.93. The Indian currency is down 0.02% at Rs 60.80 per dollar.
