Hollywood is forever buzzing with reports about celebrities hooking on and off sets. While most claim to be false, some reports set the town on fire. Here are a few on-screen couples, whose chemistry got the world talking and heads turning.

Brad Pitt and Marion Cotillard:

The Allied stars – Brad Pitt and Marion Cotillard, were talk of the town even before the movie's trailer was released. Rumour mills in Hollywood were buzzing with news about the two allegedly romancing not just on-screen but off-screen as well. The rumours were so strong that, in September, when Jolie filed for divorce from Pitt, many believed the relationship with Cotillard was one of the reasons behind the celebrity's split.

However, during the promotions of the film and post the release, Cotillard has denied rumours on various platforms.

Carrie Fisher and Harrison Ford:

In a galaxy far far away, the actors of Star Wars, Carrie Fisher (who played the role of Princess Leia) and Harrison Ford (Han Solo) were the most talked about couple on the sets on the film and the media in the 1970s. The 19-year-old actress was allegedly involved with the 34-year-old Ford whilst shooting of the cult movie. The pair was on set in London at the time of the affair, and Ford was married to Mary Marquardt. For years their relationship was questioned and the two declined all allegations of a romantic relationship every time they were questioned.

Analysis after analysis, the news of the two being in a relationship was confirmed recently. Fisher has released her book, The Princess Diarist, which talks about her three-month long relationship with Ford.

Channing Tatum and Amanda Bynes:

A throwback to the year 2006 when 'She's The Man' was released and most of us went gaga over the young Channing Tatum - Amanda Bynes. The oh-so-adorable on-screen couple stole our hearts with their chemistry and broke many hearts off screen. Rumour has it that the then newbie stars were dating whilst the shooting of the movie.

Though it was never confirmed, but Bynes and Tatum were spotted kissing off-camera a few times while filming their 2006 hit movie. The relationship did not last for long. Tatum went on to marry Jenna Dewan.

Megan Fox - Shia LaBeouf:

Spending about six months shooting for the Transformers together, Shia LaBeouf and Megan Fox were rumoured to have been hooking up on the sets of the film. Years after the film released, in 2011, LaBeouf strongly hinted at a sexual relationship between himself and Megan. "Look, you're on the set for six months, with someone who's rooting to be attracted to you, and you're rooting to be attracted to them. I never understood the separation of work and life in that situation. But the time I spent with Megan was our own thing, and I think you can see the chemistry onscreen," he said in an interview to the Details magazine.

Admitting to the hook up, LaBeouf added that he's was not sure whether or not Fox was in a relationship with her then-boyfriend Brian Austin Green.

Anyone who has watched the Hunger Games can tell that Liam Hemsworth and Jennifer Lawrence make a sizzling couple. The two have known each other since they were children and during the promotions of the Hunger Games, Lawrence went on record to say that she has in fact kissed Hemsworth off-screen as well. "Liam and I grew up together. Liam's real hot. What would you have done?" she said when she appeared on Andy Cohen's Watch What Happens Live.
