Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone starrer "Tamasha" has taken its 10-day box office collection to Rs 60 crore.

The film, directed by Imtiaz Ali, witnessed a major drop in its box office collection as it entered its second week. The film earned Rs 7.77 crore in its second weekend from the domestic box office.

"#Tamasha [Week 2] Fri 1.72 cr, Sat 2.84 cr, Sun 3.21 cr. Total: ₹ 61.23 cr. India biz," trade analyst Taran Adarsh tweeted.

By the end of the second week, "Tamasha" box office collection will come to over Rs 65 crore mark. Since there is no big release this week, the film should continue to earn in its third week as well, which will help its box office collection to touch Rs 70 crore mark in India.

On the other hand, Salman Khan's "Prem Ratan Dhan Payo" is still running in India. The film has grossed more than Rs 400 crore at the worldwide box office and is now targeting Shah Rukh Khan's "Chennai Express" lifetime total.

"Prem Ratan Dhan Payo" is Salman's second film of this year to cross Rs 200 crore mark with its net income in India. The film was expected to earn more than Rs 300 crore from just domestic box office, but the collection was not up to the mark compared to Salman's last film "Bajrangi Bhaijaan".

Nevertheless, "Prem Ratan Dhan Payo" is the second highest grosser of this year and the seventh highest grosser of all time.

Directed by Sooraj Barjatya, the film features Salman, Sonam Kapoor in the lead role and Anupam Kher, Neil Nitin Mukesh, Armaan Kohli, Deepak Dobriyal and Swara Bhaskar in supporting roles.
