Defending Premier League champions Leicester City will be looking to revive from their disastrous start to the season when they take on Bournemouth at the Vitality stadium on Tuesday. Both teams have had a slow start to the season and a win in this match will edge them closer to the top half of the Premier League table.

After Saturday's defeat at the hands of Burnley, Bournemouth have now recorded just two wins in their last five games. It's not easy to predict what to expect from Bournemouth after they surprised everyone when they came from back and defeated Liverpool. The Cherries currently sit 11th on the table and are having a better season than Leicester City at the moment.

Bournemouth will be without defender Lewis Cook, who is out injured because of a foot injury. Junior Stanislas and Andrew Surman are also ruled out of this match because of a knee and a hamstring injury. Benik Afobe, who scored in their last match against Burnley, is likely to lead the attack along with Callum Wilson.

Leicester City looked more like the Leicester City team from last season on Saturday when they defeated Manchester City 4-2 thanks to a Jamie Vardy hat-trick. The Foxes will be hoping they can produce more of the same football against Bournemouth and for the rest of the season and possibly finish in the top half of the table.

Goalkeeper Kasper Schmeichel is still recovering from a broken hand and is sure to miss this match. Danny Simpson, who picked up his fifth yellow card against Manchester City, will miss the match through suspension but Leicester could welcome back Danny Drinkwater after he served his one match ban.

Bournemouth have not defeated Leicester City in their last four encounters drawing two and losing two. Leicester City, on the other hand, have won only one Premier League match on a Tuesday, losing five and drawing four.
