Bollywood actress Gul Panag becomes a certified pilot

Gul Panag has added another feather to her cap. The Bollywood actress, who is also a model, producer, politician, fitness enthusiast, is now an aviator. Gul has recently procured her license to fly private planes.

Soon after receiving her license, the actress flooded her Instagram page with pictures of her achievement. In the pictures, an elated Gul, who hails from Chandigarh, Punjab, is seen posing in a pilot's uniform near a private jet at a training academy in Madhya Pradesh. She has also posted her Private Pilot Licence's picture.

On her Twitter handle, Gul said: "Love being in uniform ( not just because it makes moderately fit look dashing) but because it sorts out the "What to wear today" matter!!"

The actress had been part of several Bollywood films including Ab tak Chhappan 2, Rann and Dor. She had won Miss India pageant in 1999 and was honoured with the Best Actress award for her performance in Dor.

Besides these achievements, Gul is also a licensed paraglider and enjoys performing daredevil sports like mountaineering, scuba diving, white-water rafting and biking. She had created a massive buzz when she arrived to her wedding mantap riding a Royal Enfield in 2011.
