New Delhi, Oct 17 (ANI): The Congress on Friday targeted the Narendra Modi government for its double standards on Black money case. Citing bilateral double taxation avoidance treaties, the Centre today filed an application in the Supreme Court saying it cannot disclose the details of foreign accounts held abroad by Indians. The issue of black money has reverberated in public space for a very long time. The BJP when in the opposition repeatedly exchanged fire with the Congress for its inability to bring back black money stashed away in various tax havens, specially in Swiss banks. During the campaign all the top leaders including Narendra Modi kept promising that if necessary, they will form new laws to bring perpetrators to justice.
