New Delhi, Feb 18 (ANI): Speaking on the passage of Telangana bill in the Lok Sabha, YSR Congress Chief Y S Jaganmohan Reddy on Tuesday said that it is a black day for the country. He further said that the bill was introduced undemocratically and is against the will of the people of Andhra Pradesh.
