New Delhi, Oct 15 (ANI): Even as Jamiat Ulema-e-Hind's general Secretary Mahmood Madani alleged that Congress and other so-called Secular parties were spreading Modi-phobia ahead of the 2014 general polls for vote bank politics, BJP welcomed his statement and said that history of rioting is history of Congress party.
