Ranchi, Nov 11 (ANI): The BJP on Tuesday launched its manifesto for upcoming Jharkhand polls. BJP President Amit Shah appealed to the people of Jharkhand to have faith in the party and vote for BJP. Finance Minister Arun Jaitley said that Jharkhand is rich in minerals but Congress had made it poor during its tenure. He added that Prime Minister Narendra Modi's hands do not shake while taking tough decisions.
