New Delhi, Sep 21 (ANI): As BJP President Rajnath Singh canceled his visit to riot-hit Muzaffarnagar on Saturday, Congress leader PC Chacko said that BJP has a track record of fermenting troubles in areas they visit and that any visit by any politicians should not come in between the ongoing investigation and further the already worsened situation in the state.
