New Delhi, Jan 15 (ANI): BJP delegation on Thursday visited Election Commission office to file defamation case against AAP Chief Arvind Kejriwal over the allegations against Delhi BJP Chief Satish Upadhyay. Lawyer in the case said that the dates for Delhi polls have been announced and that model code of conduct does not allow any political leader to indict allegations on personal affairs of his rival. The EC assured of looking in the matter and acting thereafter. Kejriwal had alleged that Upadhyay owns 6 companies which install and replace fast-running electricity meters in Delhi and that all of them work with power discoms.
