Bhopal, Oct 25 (ANI): Even as Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi stated that some Muslim youths from riots-ravaged Muzaffarnagar in Uttar Pradesh were in touch with Pakistan's intelligence agency ISI, UP BJP on Friday filed a complaint against him in the Election Commission for the objectionable speech.
